Sales
The sales department at Webb Automation serves as your primary point of contact at the enquiry stage, guides you through the entire process, from the first contact to the handover to our project team. They accurately analyse your needs and provide a tailor-made solution, based on more than 50 years of knowledge and experience.
Webb’s Sales department operates in the UK and global markets. For sales within the UK, customers communicate directly with our sales representatives. For sales outside the UK, Webb collaborates with a hand-picked group of export partners who are responsible for selling our systems in their regions.
Design Office
The Design Office handles the entire design process, from concept development and technical drawings to prototyping and finalizing system specifications. This department is key in ensuring machines are optimally tailored to customer requirements.
Project Management
For each project, you will be assigned a dedicated project leader who will oversee your project from initiation to completion. Their responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
After Sales
The introduction to our After Sales department starts with the testing and installation of your machines. Our technicians take care of set-up, training, and smooth commissioning. Upon delivery, the maintenance schedule is drawn up together with you. We proactively prevent faults and defects and keep your line in excellent condition.
